Dr. Stafrace sounds like a MONSTER who needs a dose of his own torture and cruelty. He is a sick man and probably sicker than whatever disease he is proclaiming to cure.

This torture must be put to an end and I hope that God is watching over Rebecca always because I know he is watching every move from Stafrace and He, our almighty God WILL have His day with Stafrace as well.

Every time I read Rebecca's story, I am compelled to share what I witnessed in a local hospital for nearly 4 days. It can't hold a candle to Rebecca's or many others stories, but it was a victory for me when I walked out unscathed from psyichiatric drugs and further imprisonment.

God bless you for all you are doing to save Rebecca!

It is because of so-called "helpers" like those of you who are holding Rebecca captive and increasing the dose of extremely deadly drugs, that all people on this planet must be concerned about the fact that we no longer have the guarantee of human rights. Do not think for a second that we are going to stop fighting back.

If Rebecca is more than an animal to you, more than someone you can enslave, more than a piece of meat worth a lot of money, you must let her go. To hold her captive, either she must have committed a crime worthy of more than 30 years of punishment, or you must be slave owners.

Furthermore, you have no physical evidence that Rebecca has any real disease. I would like to see what you consider proof of her condition which you claim is a mental illness or chemical imbalance.

Do you have any case studies demonstrating proof of a chemical imbalance that these drugs you are giving her would supposedly "fix", or any large independent peer reviewed trials on the drugs you are giving her, which prove that these drugs are effective or safe?

If so, please send them my way so that we can post them on my website as proof that what you are doing is in the interest of your patient. (I only ask this question because I already know the answer.)

I have been fighting against a bill in the US for the last month called The MOTHERS Act - this fight started after I created two youtube videos about Rebecca and how little chance she had of surviving another month under your treatment. And quite honestly, it has shocked me to the extreme that Rebecca has survived another month of your so-called treatment.

When will you be finished with her?

Two days ago I was on the Gary Null show on national radio here in the US. Later that night I was on an internet radio show heard around the world. I discussed Rebecca's case as an illustration of why we must fight against The MOTHERS Act, to show people that mental health professionals have no problem with cruel forced treatments. I lived this myself when they separated me from my newborn baby for two days. To be able to so harshly put the attachment process in jeopardy and have no concern over the fact that my use of prescription drugs was putting this precious baby's life at risk is typical of psychiatrists.

Your treatment of Rebecca goes far beyond what I experienced and you have indeed prevented her from having a normal life or ever being called "Mommy."

I am going on more radio shows in the next few weeks. I have also sent Rebecca's information to several reporters here in the US. I will use my opportunities in the future not only to mention what is happening to Rebecca, but her name, the name of the clinic where she is being held, and the names of every doctor who refuses to give her a chance and refuses to stop or reduce the poisonous drugs, but rather wishes to increase the dose in an attempt to punish Ben and Rebecca, and this is risking killing her.

Attempted murder is a crime. Think about it. You do not want to be investigated or held criminally liable or even have your medical license revoked. In case you have forgotten, the process of labeling and drugging a child for defiance is well-known to be a total sham. Nobody with a brain would be surprised to find out that you have been experimenting on her for decades because of one symptom we commonly see here in the US and that is disruptive or defiant behavior from children. You would be hard pressed to find a child who is never disruptive - but defiance is not a disease. In fact, if Rebecca were not defiant she would not have survived this long, she would have given up.

I suppose I am mentally ill since I stopped taking my pills against doctors' orders- you can label me with noncompliance with treatment disorder, and a history of having substance-induced psychotic disorder.

No Slavery - Highly addictive drugs such as those that are being prescribed by psychiatists and their cohorts, ensure their victims will be enslaved by addiction more violent than any street drug in existence.

Human Right #5.

No Torture - Ask any person who has been lucky enough to escape the whips and excruciating pain of drug addiction and you will unquestionably find that they were indeed tortured as savagely as any barbaric medieval method in the history books - mentally and physically.

Eleanor Roosevelt, the principal architect of the Declaration of Human Rights, described the importance of these rights with these words: " Where, after all, do universal human rights begin? In small places, close to home - so close and so small that they cannot be seen in any maps of the world. Yet they are the world of the individual person; the neighborhood he lives in; the school or college he attends; the factory, farm or office where he works... Unless these rights have meaning there, they have little meaning anywhere. Without concerted citizen action to uphold them close to home, we shall look in vain for progress in the larger world."

Please, for the safety, sanity and prosperity of the very fabric of our society - the family - do not allow this inhumane Act to be passed into law. It will otherwise condemn our civilization to a future of lifeless and life-taking zombies and ensure the erasure of the very values our country stands for: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

What rights does Rebecca have? I think you have denied her almost every single right we are meant to have when we are born.

I would be willing to bet that as a teenager you at one point became defiant. Therefore, you could be right alongside Rebecca under the forced treatment of some other uncaring doctor.

It is in the best interest of Rebecca as well as the best interest of your careers and freedom that you let her go now before you become a spectacle for journalists and the media and gather the attention of the international community and human rights courts / criminal courts.

Although I cannot travel to Australia I am certain that Australia has just as many internet radio shows as we do here.

Just the other day I saw an article about Australia reconsidering using antidepressants at all. When are you as medical doctors going to wake up and realize you are practicing during a period of enlightenment and your remaining time to torture and punish patients is limited?

Perhaps you should search your souls and try to become good people who help others rather than the monsters that you are now.

This is my message to protest the denial of basic human rights ,and the psychiatric atrocities perpetrated against Miss Rebecca Merhav, who is wrongly incarcerated at the psychiatric ward of The Alfred Hospital of which you are the director.

Rebecca's father has reported to me that you have changed your mind, reversing your commitment to gradually withdraw the Seroquel drug which Rebecca has been forced to consume while she stayed at her home. You also wrongly support her present irrational incarceration in the ward of which you are the director at the Alfred Hospital, allowing further increase of the Seroquel dose, from 400 mg per day to 600mg per day.

These psychiatric atrocities are causing unnecessary suffering to Rebecca and endangering her life. Also her basic human rights are being violated under you orders and /or with your full knowledge and agreement. They must be stopped now to save Rebecca's life !

I therefore ask you to immediately order the release of Rebecca, begin immediately reducing the Seroquel dose she is forced to consume, and order the immediate cancellation of the CTO by Dr. Sally Wilkins, the treating psychiatrist, so as to allow Rebecca to return to normal life with her full human rights protected.

I am writing to you about the forced drugging of Rebecca Merhav. I used to be a forced drugged "paranoid schizophrenic." I became hopeless and suicidal. Real doctors in real hospitals saved my life both from the physical damage of the drugs and my suicide attempts from the hopeless agony.

I have escaped psychiatry alive. A nurse in an emergency room told me to go to a 12-step, anonymous group. "They teach people how to get well there." I went. "You can get well; we will help you." And in six months, from self-examination, self-knowledge, self-healing, and self-discipline, I had worked through the terror and become a conscience-directed adult.

There are people who care about Rebecca. Her father and others have already written you. If you cannot empower Rebecca with the acceptance/unity, truth/knowledge, and love/divinity that are the vital needs for mental health, than, please, release her so she can get well. As we both know, drugging is progressive physical and mental illness.

I am writing to express my concern for
Rebecca Merhav.
I am aware of her situation and the fight
that is being waged on many fronts to
ensure her human rights are respected.
The psychiatric drugs which are being
forced upon her both destroy her quality
of life and rob her of the ability to
adequately represent herself
in this legal quagmire.
 
Although I am not Australian and do not
know Rebecca personally, I am familiar
with her plight and disturbed that
Australia is violating human rights in
this manner.  Rebecca's father has
issued a worldwide plea for help, and
I believe he deserves it.  He
understands the dangers of the
experimental mind-altering substances
that your are forcing upon
her, and I understand these dangers
as well.
 
Psychiatric drugs are still in their
infancy, and though they are not
officially experimental, they are
in actuality not fully understood
or tested.  Your forced treatments
will undoubtedly contribute to
Rebecca's continued degradation and
eventual death,and I want to encourage
you to think twice about your
position and give Rebecca a chance
at life.
 
Rebecca is not a criminal and does
not deserve to have her brain
polluted and modified by a poorly
understood chemical cocktail.
She deserves freedom and support
to transition to a normal life.

Miss Rebecca Merhav's father has reported
to me the latest psychiatric atrocity you
are perpetrating against her under the
false cover of "treatment".

It must be obvious to you that in doing
so you not only continue her torture by
the adverse effects of the two
neuroleptics - the Risperdal and the
Seroquel- and depriving her of a chance
to return to normal life following the
tapering off the poisons, your are
actually forcing on her the risk of
sudden death !

Despite the numerous urging-pleas by
her father on her behalf, you continue
to insist on maintaining the CTO,
namely forcing her to take more of the
psychiatric poisons, rather than allow
her to detoxify her body and help her
return to normal life.

Over 30 years of psychiatric torture
and failure,including 12 months of
"treatment" by yourself,only made
things worse for Rebecca, and
surely, having survived it all
Rebecca deserves NOW better than
that,even from a psychiatric point
of view. She is not and never was
a danger to herself or to anybody
else, so why force on her torture
and death risks ?

I protest your cynical and cruel
"treatment" of Rebecca, and I
demand that you immediately
cancel the CTO, allow her to
gradually taper off the psychiatric
poisons, and help her return to
normal life in consultation with
herself and with her father.

I urge you to taper Rebecca Merhav off the dangerous meds she has been placed on and allow her to return home. I trust that you are done with your little experiments, and would be interested in your notes as to what you have "learned" from your projects with human subjects.

As you practice "soft science" and are only able to diagnose someone using observed, perceived behavior, I invite you to check out a neighboring New Zealander, gastroenterologist and pediatrician Rodney Ford at http://www.doctorgluten.com/ for real scientific insights as to what might be causing neurological symptoms in your patients. Good nutrition and supplements are always preferable to toxic and dangerous SSRIs and psych "medications." Shame on you for not keeping up with the medical literature.

At the bottom below my email I have cut and pasted instructions from Ben (Rebecca's father) on who should receive a protest letter requesting that the psychiatrists let Rebecca go. There are details about the drugs they are forcing her to take and their effects below that.

You don't have to write your own custom letter, a sample letter is all that is needed. For those of you who need to be informed for the first time who Rebecca Merhav is, she has been subject to a CTO for over 30 years in Australia, which is a Compulsory Treatment Order or a legal restraint that lets psychiatrists forcibly "treat" a patient. Rebecca became a patient in psychiatry because she was brought to a hospital by her mother as a teenager when she was too defiant and refused to do her chores. This could be any one of the teenagers I have met in my short 29 years on this planet and it reminds me of all the poor kids that get labeled today with ADHD or bipolar when they are 2 or 3, before they can even ride a bike.

The doctors saw an opportunity to get an easy patient and they have been in essence experimenting on Rebecca all this time. If any psychiatric symptoms existed they were brought on by original administration of dangerous drugs. For a year or two they had her on Clozapine, which I suppose after their experiment was complete they agreed to discontinue. That is one of the MOST dangerous medications there is and has killed patients with just one dose if I am not mistaken. But somehow Rebecca has survived all of this. Every day of her life under this torture is borrowed time due to the toxic drugs they are pouring into her.

Now they are forcing her to take Risperdal and Seroquel and have locked her up in a psych ward indefinitely. The clinic has always allowed her to be free to live in her own apartment while they forced her to come to the hospital or have someone come to her home to forcibly medicate her. Now they claim that her father can accompany her home but when he asks her to come home with him over the phone, she does not reply. It is possible that they have threatened to further drug her into oblivion, use shock, rape, torture, or murder her with other violent means.

Psychiatric hospitals can get away with abuse and have done so numerous times.
Whatever is going on there it is not in the best interest of the patient. The doctors have been ignoring protest emails for years. There is a chance that getting more letters from people around the world will convince them that the pressure is on and they need to comply with Rebecca's wishes and Ben's wishes and let her go and remove the CTO. But most importantly I am sure we can all agree that someone like Rebecca who is an innocent person - a victim of psychiatric torture - should not be subjected to the experimental whims of the incredibly dangerous psychiatric methods of "treatment" and their force and threats.

Let's join together and do everything we can to set Rebecca free. We can do this as a symbol of our efforts for all psychiatric victims. If we win this battle there will be more momentum for us to do similar things to save our own children from CPS, the courts, and exes who want them drugged. We need attention, cooperation, and a victory for human rights.
